Try enabling the CSS Anchor Positioning feature in Safari TP or use the CSSAnchor polyfill. You can test the behavior using this demo link: https://shrub-rhinestone-stop.glitch.me/ 1. Click the button. 2. Click an option. 3. Hit Tab key from keyboard At that point, the Page becomes unresponsive. Also no focus ring is displayed at all.
