The RTCPeerConnection.addStream() JS built-in method needs a safe way to call MediaStream.getTracks().

This bug is not a plain duplicate of 158940, but 158940 should fix this as it introduces the problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 158940 ***
